Service Description

Our baby & new parent classes are led by specialists in areas of birth preparation, baby care, and postpartum healing. In each class you will learn about a specific topic, such as breastfeeding, tummy time, Infant massage, sleep coaching and finding more ways to interact with your baby during class. This should be a community where your baby can be free to nurse, nap, play and bond with you. Bring your infant with you for a gentle yoga session. You also have the option to do this session in the comfort of your own home. Disclosure: Your physician clearance is required to participate. Prices may vary due to differences of insurances. Cancellation Policy: Taxes are not included; Please call 24 hours in advance to change your appointment and the $15 payment amount is nonrefundable.
